hello JPN   FREEEEEEEZING LOL ... -17 but WC -27    Im debating on whether i should just bite the bullet and get a gas furnace installed ... but then again things are up in the air. I dont want to get this done only to find out im moving

well he wont do it ... said it was up to me to have it all taken care of , if i new i was staying id make the attempt , but as of right now im heading off to BC for christmas ... and then i make my final decision on what to do.

to sum it up, in alberta here, it is the obligation to make sure every room in your place maintains a temperature of 22 degrees celsius, and if it is not then he has to replace or fix or buy a new system to ensure that. Hope that helps Kerm

bet the heating system dosnt have to be financially practical for eg. electric fan heaters would cost a fortune to heat a flat regularly
