Im debating on whether i should just bite the bullet
and get a gas furnace installed ... but then again
things are up in the air. I dont want to get this done
only to find out im moving :?

well he wont do it ... said it was up to me to have it
all taken care of , if i new i was staying id make the
attempt , but as of right now im heading off to BC for
christmas ... and then i make my final decision on what
to do.

to sum it up, in alberta here, it is the obligation to
make sure every room in your place maintains a
temperature of 22 degrees celsius, and if it is not
then he has to replace or fix or buy a new system to

bet the heating system dosnt have to be financially
practical for eg. electric fan heaters would cost a
fortune to heat a flat regularly;'(
