From NTSB aviation accident database: No Fatalities
On August 14, 2004, a Bell 47G2 helicopter, N96MB,
piloted by a private pilot, was destroyed when it
impacted the ground during an attempted forced
landing.. The pilot and his one passenger were not
injured. The helicopter had just departed the Reese
Airport, Muncie, Indiana.

if the bell was owned or operated by the millitary or
inteligence services, or if the incident didn't take
place in america,it wouldn't even be investigated by
the ntsb. do we know anything other than it was a bell,
with pilot and a passenger:?
