I will not even watch this clip. Fear Factor is the worst form of pixel poisoning that brings people down and makes them act like animals, feeding off their greed, so they can get more money, so they can buy bigger tvs so they can watch more Fear Factor... I know one of the guys who works on Fear Factor (he does the stunt rigging). Doesn't matter, the show still blows. In former times No one could afford to throw parts of an animal away and eventually they tried testines and it was good. BTW the skin of sausages are almost all made of testines be it lamb pig cow or horse!!!!! Americans just don't know about cuisine at all poor chaps. just googled and first hit was a recipe that reads as this: Karta (Horse Rectum) (Kazakh) From Kazakhstan National Cooking Web Page (www.kz/eng/cooking/cooking.html) For making one karta: 100 g of karta salt green pepper or dill to taste The thick part of the rectum is washed without removing fat, then carefully turned inside out so that the fat should be inside, washed once more and tied up on both sides. Karta can also be dried and smoked. To dry it karta is strewed with fine salt and kept in a cool place for 1-2 days, then dried up. Karta is smoked during 24 hours, then dried during 2-3 days. After washing it well karta is boiled for 2 hours on slow fire.
