Thankfully I was about 100m back from it when it happened. Didn't see any sign of the bus driver braking though, I wonder why he didn't see it coming and react. Maybe it's just the recording.:? Even during bad weather conditions they still drive like asses. If it were up to me I would make another alternative to transporting good. Such as trains. I must say, I'm in favour of it - this is a perfect case of an incident where the camera gave perfect footage of who was to blame. No charges would be filed against the bus driver because the Audi wasn't even in his lane, so there was nothing that was a threat to him, but the blame clearly lay with the truck driver in this case and it must have made it a lot easier for the police to know who to prosecute. If they would pay more taxes, they would need to organise themselves to get less trucks on the road. Especially on dual lane highway's, goddamn. He lost control when he tried to change lanes, which means there was too much weight on one side of the trailer, plus it was excessive weight because it was overloaded. Once you lose control under those conditions, bald tires or not, there's not a da.mn thing you can do except go along for the ride. The problem lies on the loading docks. At age 20, I was the oldest dockworker where I worked, and I spent most of my time yelling and reloading thier messes. The data also said that 90% of deaths were caused because of truck drivers driving to fast. The next time you drive on the interstate look at the gard rails. Look at some that are just dented that is most likely a car. Now look at the ones where they are completly ripped off, and count them to see how many of them are in a mile. Everytime a truck driver recks they can't stop and wipe anything in there way killing anyone in there way. I know that there are people who cut them off and can make them reck but with truck drivers getting to confident and drive like assholes. Causing alot of deaths.That is my opinion. I know because my uncle got mad with driving a truck abt 24 hours day after day to pay his debts.
