I have been working on my project here the last few days and ate fast food for about 3 days in a row. I had been eating angus burgers and chicken and gained 3 lbs in 3 days. its pretty scary to think some people eat that shit every day. I stopped cooking so much meat here and we all feel a lot better. Out of the 19 meals I cook a week(we order pizza friday night) we only have meat with 5 of those. most of the time we eat pastas and vegs. I know I feel better now than I ever have. I think we are taught here that pork is our friend...its not. I'm 6'5 and down to about 225lbs,(I stoped working out) my wife is 5'7 and 125lbs neither one of us has ever been anywhere near overweight but the health risks with pork and beef is outragous.
